Please note: Purchasing a credit does NOT guarantee a spot. If the intensive is sold out, buying a credit alone will not book you in. You must receive a PLAYBOOK booking confirmation email to secure your place. If you only receive a receipt via email for a credit purchase — without a Playbook confirmation — you are not booked into the intensive. Please double-check your emails and app.

Please do your best to arrive on time for class! We keep our doors open until 20 minutes past class start time, then after 20 minutes class entry is no longer permitted. The door will be locked. If any issues, please email us info@playgroundlondon.dance

CLASS PURCHASE & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Classes must be reserved and paid for in advance to secure your spot.

• You can make changes or cancel a class up to 3 hours before its start time.

• Any changes or cancellations made within 3 hours of the class will be considered a "Late Cancel."

• If you don't make any changes or cancel and also don't attend the class, it will be marked as a "No Show," and you will be charged.

• Both a "Late Cancel" and a "No Show" will result in the loss of the class credit if you've already purchased it.

• Please note that classes are non-refundable. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us via email.
