HOW CAN I JOIN PLAYGROUND LONDON?
We don't have a competing team but everyone is welcome to come take class at the studio! You can check out our schedule here and sign up online on our website or via our app.
Our classes are open to anyone ages 10+ except our heels classes which are for ages 15+.
WHAT IS THE CLOSEST UNDERGROUND STATION?
Aldgate East is the closest station to the studio. The station is in zone one of the underground and is on the District (green) and Hammersmith and City (pink) Lines.
CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE PEOPLE FOR THE SAME CLASS?
Each student needs to sign into class under their individual accounts. One Student cannot sign into class for multiple students. Each student needs their own account and own classes. We do not allow students/families to share accounts and classes.
DO THE CLASSES HAVE A WAITLIST OPTION?
No, not right now.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CLASSES?
Yes, Privates can be booked through our email Info@playgroundlondon.dance. Rates varies depending on the instructor and how many people it is for.
DO WE HAVE A LOST & FOUND?
Yes, we do! Please inquire with one of our staff members if you believe you’ve lost an item at the studio and they can assist you further. To keep our studio clean, our lost and found is donated every first week of the month.
I HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT CARD FOR CLASSES HOW CAN I USE IT?
Please email us a photo of your gift card or send us your gift card number along with the email on your account and we can activate it for you. Thank you!
DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have wheelchair access available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

HOW MUCH IS A CLASS?
Our standard classes are £14.
On occasion we do have masterclasses and workshops between £15 - £30 so be sure to check our schedule & prices.
Our PGTV/PLAYGROUND LA Online Tutorials are $7 a class - SIGN UP HERE
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASS TO TAKE DEPENDING ON MY AGE?
Each of our classes are open to all ages 10+(with the exception of heels classes which are 15+), no class is designed either for kids or adults. Most of our classes have an age range of 15-30. We also recommend searching the teacher's instagram to check out their style/what their class looks like!

DO YOU TAKE CASH? DO YOU TAKE CARD?
No, we don’t accept cash. We only accept Debit/Credit Cards (amex, mastercard & visa)
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO TAKE CLASS?
10 Years & Up unless otherwise specified. If your child is 9-10 years old please ensure that you are placing them in the appropriate class level. Please note HEELS CLASSES ARE FOR AGES 15 AND UP.

Our heels classes are for ages 15+ years old and up.
DO YOU OFFER WORK STUDY? OR A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM?
No, we don’t.
WHAT LEVEL OF DANCE DO YOU DO?
ALL Levels available. Each class is labeled with a level.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
No, we do not. We have a two bathrooms.

HOW CAN I JOIN A CLASS? WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS?
The best way is by signing up via our website or our app. You will be directed to MINDBODY where you will be told to create and set up and account. You Must sign up in advance as we don’t allow walk ins. If you have any issues you can email info@playgroundlondon.dance.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I CAN’T SEE A SIGN UP BUTTON?
It does mean the class is sold out. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We recommend signing up a few weeks in advance if you can to secure your spot!
IF I DON'T SIGN UP ONLINE CAN I JUST TURN UP IN THE STUDIO AND PAY AT THE DOOR?
No. Unfortunately, you must sign up in advance online prior to class and to secure your spot. We don’t allow walk ins at this time. If you have any questions or issues please email us.
CAN I SHOW UP LATE FOR CLASS?
Please do your best to arrive on time for class! We do keep our doors open until 20 minutes past class start time, then after 20 minutes class entry is no longer permitted.
IS THERE PARKING?
NO. Only Street and neighbourhood parking. Please be sure to read ALL street signs.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY ON CLASSES?
Please be sure to cancel your class at least 3 hours Before your selected class starts to ensure that you get a class credit. NO REFUNDS. If you do not cancel within our cancellation policy window then you will lose your class credit.
WHAT STYLE OF DANCE DO YOU DO?
Primarily Hip-Hop and Heels.
MY STUDENT IS A CHILD; WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOUR TEACHERS PLAY? ARE THERE CLEAN VERSIONS OF SONGS?
Our classes are open to ages 10+. However, please note that music selections are made by each individual instructor. Most of our instructors will play clean versions of music for when there are younger students present, but this is not always guaranteed.
